Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is successfully confirmed.

  • Orders are processed from Sunday to Thursday.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times within Saudi Arabia:

  • Major Cities (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Makkah, Madinah): 2–5 business days

  • Other Regions: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier operations, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or promotional campaigns.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS (where available) to monitor your shipment.

Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. AVRA Store is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the package and product.
